The front carries aviation, airlines, aerospace, airports, space, defence, technology, drones, markets, and policy. An India edition sits beside the global file. Photographs stay on the story they belong to.
The hiring file is split into Aviation, Aerospace, Drone, and Others. An applicant registers, completes a profile, uploads a résumé, and only then can apply. The same profile is reused. The desk reviews each application and sets the status the applicant can read.
